Buildings Department streamlines processing of minor works applications with VITOVA EIM

To efficiently handle high-volume applications of small-scale works by building owners and occupants, Buildings Department adopted VITOVA EIM as the solution for its Minor Works Unit (MWU).

MWU will make use of VitalDoc as the processing center for batch scanning and capturing of application forms and related documents and case follow-up. The directory structure was also tailor-made to fulfill MWU’s unique workflow for systematic documentation and easy case retrieval.
