HKSAR Government bureau enhances communication of comprehensive network of offices in Mainland with VITOVA EIM

A Government bureau adopted VITOVA EIM for the Wuhan liaison offices to digitalize paper documents for easier day-to-day filing and retrieval through a central online platform, which is of particular importance concerning their locational distance across cities or even provinces.

In each project, VITOVA’s technical team directly coordinated with the local project manager to cater for regional operational requirements along with on-site implementation and support. The implemented solution is centered on the web-based VitalDoc application, which provides a single online system of high security and scalability for the region-based offices to centralize documents for management and knowledge sharing across users within Wuhan.
