China Minsheng Bank adopts VitalDoc to improve document management processes for its Hong Kong branches

Minsheng Banking Corp., Limited selected VitalDoc to automate their account opening procedures thus improving document security and searching performance for the Bank's Hong Kong branches. It facilitates the staff of Operation Department by replacing their hardcopy filing and manual approval process during account opening. VitalDoc was customized with specific workflow management features that will also help Minsheng Bank cater for other business operation in future.
