Macau Security Force improves Blue Card application process with VITOVA EIM

Macau's public security body under the Secretariat for Security, Macau Security Force (FSM) is responsible for providing technical and administrative assistance in various government activities ranging from law enforcement to public safety. The bureau is currently responsible for the issue and renewal of the Non-resident Worker's Identification Card (commonly known as Blue Card). FSM first deployed VitalDoc version 5.0 in 2007 as an efficient and secured data management system to handle the massive database of non-resident workers. As a long-established partner with quality technical performance, VITOVA was once again engaged by FSM for a major system upgrade to VitalDoc version 8.0, which is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2019, bringing significant efficiency to the data management process for the visa applications.

Buildings Department streamlines processing of minor works applications with VITOVA EIM

To efficiently handle high-volume applications of small-scale works by building owners and occupants, Buildings Department adopted VITOVA EIM as the solution for its Minor Works Unit (MWU), which will make use of VitalDoc as the processing center for batch scanning and capturing of application forms and related documents and case follow-up.
